Iteco 9264972 WRISTLAB PRO - instrument wall test station (+ footrest)
New WRISTLAB PRO personal grounding tester for checking personal grounding of employees in the EPA zone, designed to reduce the risk of contamination, eg COVID-19.
At commonly used test stations, the main 'pathways' of infection through which viruses, bacteria or other pathogens can infect operators are:
- touchpad, a metal plate that everyone touches with a finger
- wristband input connectors (banana socket and latches)
Therefore, the metal touchpad and wristband connectors should be disinfected after each operator use.
The new Wristlab-Pro test station is hygienically safe and does not require continuous disinfection after each use: each operator has their own touchpad and their own wristband input connectors.
Placed at the entrance to EPA zones, it allows the following measurements to be performed for each operator entering:
- Wristband only
- Footwear only
- Wristband and footwear
- "Hands-Free" mode - if the footwear measurement passes the test then an internal relay allows entry to the EPA area (gate, door)
- New Hands Free + mode
The Wristlab-Pro tester can be connected to an optional facial recognition module (which can also read RFID cards) for contactless operator recognition.
This optional module connects to the company's LAN network via an RJ45 cable or Wi-Fi network. Thanks to the free application for Windows PC, it is possible to download EPA access history.
Depending on the identified operator, its personal security measures are measured in accordance with the parameters set in the profile assigned to the operator.
Maximum number of users: 300, each identifiable with face, card, or password.
Each user is assigned to one of 10 different profiles that can be set. These 10 profiles, fully customizable, contain various information such as: measurement type (wristband, shoes, wristband and shoes, hands free, hands free +), lower and upper limits (values between 50KΩ and 2GΩ), relay command output options etc.
