FOTRIC TD2e Kit positions itself as the most efficient entry-level ultrasonic leak detector for daily inspections. Specifically designed for the quick and precise localization of compressed air leaks, gas leaks, mechanical anomalies, and electrical discharges, this acoustic camera is the ideal tool for timely maintenance checks and immediate adoption in high-volume industrial environments.

Thanks to its startup in just 1 second, the device is immediately ready for use in the field. The optimized high-density array, consisting of 64 digital MEMS microphones, guarantees a localization accuracy significantly superior to the past. With an extended frequency range (2–100 kHz), it easily detects both audible sounds and ultrasounds imperceptible to the human ear.

The acoustic source is displayed as a heat map superimposed on the real image captured by the 5 MP industrial digital camera (58° × 45° field of view). To operate smoothly even in the most critical contexts, the TD2e implements the Noise Suppression feature that proactively filters out background noise, and the Peak Mode, essential for isolating specific ultrasonic frequencies and identifying multiple leak points in complex scenarios. With over 3 hours of battery life for each removable battery (IP54) and a large 3.5” touch display, it is the ideal ally for quality control and predictive maintenance of facilities.
