BF000854/PL Aluminum Split Sleeve with Retaining Ring for ESD Shelving (pack of 4)
The BF000854/PL is an aluminum split sleeve equipped with a retaining ring, designed to securely fix shelves to posts in wire shelving systems. Unlike standard plastic sleeves, the aluminum construction ensures superior electrical conductivity, making it ideal for ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) applications and providing greater mechanical strength.

Composition
The starter unit, the first one, is composed by two, three or four shelves by choice, and four posts. Every shelf needs four split sleeves to fix to the posts. An add-on unit to be attached to the preceding, needs two posts only. This unit connect to the starter unit by mean of S hooks, two for shelf, easy to fix. In this case two split sleeves for shelf will be enough (for a total of two S hooks and two split sleeves for shelf).
For the safe and tidy storage of SMD-reels, there are different wire shelves that can be combined in any order with any other wire shelves.
Wire carts
Two versions of it: with 2 U-handles or 4 posts.
The shelves are the same used in the shelving unit, easy to assembly with split sleeve devices to avoid any tools, screws and bolts.
