L'utilizzo della pistola ionizzante e quindi l'eliminazione delle cariche elettrostatiche semplifica la pulizia delle superfici e previene il rischio che le polveri e lo sporco vengano di nuovo attirate. Può essere utilizzata oltre che nel settore dell'elettronica anche nell'industria meccanica, verniciatura di vario genere, aree di imballaggio, rimozione copertura display.
Particolarmente leggera, anatomica, e con cavo morbido e flessibile (non passa l'alta tensione nel cavo).
