Master Lock 410MKORJ, keyed-differently padlock for master key
Master Lock 410MKORJ Orange Zenex™ Thermoplastic Safety Padlock with Master Keyed system. Each padlock is supplied with a unique key (different for each lock), ensuring individual safety, but it is designed to be opened by a supervisory master key. This hierarchical system allows the manager to access all padlocks in the facility (including any Keyed Alike groups, if ordered within the same system), ensuring total control in case of emergency. The padlock body is 38 mm wide, with a boron alloy shackle 38 mm high, 20 mm wide, and 6 mm in diameter.
- MK Hierarchical Control: The Master Key opens all locks in the system, overriding individual configurations. If the system also includes Keyed Alike groups (KAMK), the master key will open those as well (provided they are part of the same order/key plan).
- Operational Safety: Complies with the "one employee, one key" directive at the operational level, while maintaining a secure access route for supervision.
- Orange thermoplastic body, 38 mm wide, 44 mm high, shackle diameter 6 mm.
- Designed exclusively for lockout/tagout applications.
- The lightweight Zenex™ thermoplastic body resists corrosion, UV exposure, extreme temperatures (-40°C to +90°C), and chemicals.
- Customizable on-site with permanent write-on labels.
- Complies with the "One employee, one lock, one key" directive (with the exception of the master key for management).
- 6-pin tumbler cylinder with restricted keyway and over 40,000 unique key codes.
- Key retaining feature: ensures that the padlock is not left unlocked.
- Master key K417 is NOT included.
