TekBox TBCG5 General Purpose Comb Generator up to 8 GHz
TekBox TBCG5 is a general-purpose harmonic comb generator featuring a switchable base frequency of 200 MHz, 100 MHz, or 50 MHz. It generates a highly flat comb spectrum up to 3 GHz and is fully usable up to 8 GHz. Powered conveniently via a rear-panel USB-C socket, it serves as a versatile and essential lab tool for a wide range of RF measurements and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing.
It is specifically designed and characterized for measuring cable resonances, shielding effectiveness, filters, crosstalk, and verifying EMC test setups. Comb generators like the TBCG5 are commonly utilized as reliable general-purpose sources for wideband RF signals or for generating narrow pulses with a very fast rise time (under 150 ps).
