LOTO Safety Tags: Identification and Warning at Isolation Points

Safety tags are a critical component of the Lockout/Tagout protocol, providing immediate visual identification of the operator and clearly communicating the prohibition to operate machinery. The range offers solutions designed to withstand the harshest industrial environments: from disposable tags made of Valeron material, chosen for their exceptional resistance to tearing and humidity, to laminated versions in polyester or polypropylene, specifically designed to repel grease, dirt, and common industrial chemicals.

Structural Integrity and Customization
To ensure the warning remains firmly attached to the lockout point, the tags feature reinforced brass grommets (9.5 mm or 11 mm) capable of withstanding high tensile forces (up to 22.7 kg). Writable surfaces allow for on-site compilation of essential data (name, department, completion date), while innovative "Photo ID" tags with transparent adhesive overlay allow for the inclusion of the operator's photograph, maximizing personal recognition and safety during intervention.
