SIGLENT introduces the SAP4000P power rail probe, the SP6150A passive probe and new accessories for the differential active probe SAP5000D.
SIGLENT SAP4000P Power Rail Probe offers high bandwidth, high sensitivity, very low noise, an extra-large offset compensation and adopts SAPBus interface without external power supply. It's a excellent match for SIGLENT oscilloscopes with SAPBus interface, such as SDS3000X HD, SDS5000X, SDS6000 Pro, SDS7000A series oscilloscopes. The SAP4000P Power Rail Probe is an excellent probe for power integrity measurements. In addition, SIGLENT also launched the SP6150A 1.5GHz Passive Probe and new accessories for the SAP5000D 5GHz Active Differential Probe. The SP6150A passive probe offers a low input capacitance, 1.8pF, for measuring fast edges more accurately, making it a good low-cost alternative to an active probe. The new accessories of the SAP5000D active differential probe enhance the functions of the SAP5000D active differential probe, improve the measurement efficiency and accuracy and support more application scenarios.

Product Features:
SIGLENT SAP5000D - Differential Active Probe
SIGLENT SAP5000D is a high-bandwidth differential active probe known for its features such as high bandwidth, low noise, and high input impedance, making it suitable for measuring high-speed signals. Its high input resistance and low input capacitance characteristics ensure minimal load introduced to the measurement system.
Key features:
The SAP5000D active probe utilizes the SAPBus interface and is compatible with oscilloscopes that support the SAPBus interface, such as the SDS3000X HD, SDS5000X, SDS6000 Pro and SDS7000A series oscilloscopes. The SAP series active probes do not require external power sources as the oscilloscope provides power and communication interface to the active probe through the SAPBus interface. When connected to the oscilloscope, the SAP series active probes allow you to read probe information from the oscilloscope's interface.
