Batter Fly s.r.l. is an Italian company, established in the year 2002, based in Calderara di Reno (BO) P.IVA 02235301203
The name is given by the combination of two words: "Batter" referring to battery analyzer which is the first product the company started to market and "Fly" representing a young team of people taking flight, hence "Batter Fly".
Batter Fly is a leading technical distributor of electronic measuring instruments, EMI/EMC pre-compliance test systems, infrared cameras, EPA area protection systems, and soldering/rework systems.
From 2002 to 2011 Batter Fly grows by selling battery analysis instruments and wireless technologies such as Bluetooth, WiFi, GSM/GPRS/UMTS by approaching all companies integrating these technologies into their devices in the areas of service, R&D and production. Along with the sale of tools Batter Fly offers a full range of ESD products for the implementation of work areas where special care is required in handling electronic components and boards such as cell phone technical service centers and electronics production lines.
In 2011 Batter Fly acquired a historical company in the world of measuring instrument distribution EMA s.r.l.
EMA is strongly recognized in Italy for its technical business profile and was one of the first companies in Italy to commercialize infrared cameras.
It will take about 2 years to ensure a transition from EMA to Batter Fly while maintaining market confidence.
Batter Fly has always built its website in-house, and in 2013 batterfly.com became an online commerce site allowing it to offer its product portfolio to a larger user base. Thanks to the new site, sales are extended from national to international level thus reaching customers throughout Europe.
