KEYSIGHT E4980B/BL has the best-in-class accuracy in LCR and impedance measurements for various components and devices up to 2 MHz (E4980BL up to 1 MHz). These are the complete replacement products of the current E4980A/AL and there is no change in the basic performance, speed and capabilities. You can seamlessly migrate from the current E4980A/AL to the new E4980B/BL.
