EA Elektro Automatik PS 2042-20 B is a single output desktop DC power supply with 42V output voltage, 20A output current and 320W output power.

General features of the series
The laboratory power supplies of the EA-PS 2000 B TFT series are facelifted models of the former version with blue LCD screen. They now come with color TFT screen, a better USB port and the additional communication protocols ModBus RTU and SCPI. They are available in three power ratings of 100 W, 160 W or 320 W.
The units are closed at top and bottom and have no external heatsinks. Thus they are especially suitable for use in schools and other educational establishments. The safety output sockets are located on the front of the unit. Voltage and current can be adjusted from zero to the required value.
Protective features of the series
Besides standard features, such as overvoltage protection (OVP), which are intended to protect sensitive user applications against unwanted voltage peaks or high voltage, the series now features an overcurrent protection with an adjustable threshold of 0...110% nominal current. It will protect a malfunctioning application from overcurrent by immediate output shutdown.
