FLUKE GFL-1500 Solar Ground Fault Locator
FLUKE GFL-1500 is a complete troubleshooting system designed to quickly and safely identify and locate active ground faults in photovoltaic (PV) systems up to 1500 V. Leveraging FaultTrack™ technology, the instrument generates a traceable signal that allows technicians to follow the fault path with non-contact tracing, dramatically reducing downtime and exposure to electrical hazards.
The system consists of three parts: a Transmitter, a Receiver, and a Signal Tracing Clamp, all rated for maximum safety in high-voltage environments (CAT III 1500 V DC). In addition to fault location, the transmitter integrates diagnostic functions to analyze for the presence of a fault, map string layouts, and find breaks in wiring, making it an indispensable tool for the maintenance of large-scale solar sites.
