KEYSIGHT AP5041A vector signal generator is a single-channel, ultra-agile instrument designed for advanced signal generation tasks. It excels at producing ultra-fast continuous wave (CW) frequency sweeps, chirps, intra-pulse modulation, frequency hopping, and pulse shaping, all while maintaining extremely low phase noise.
Featuring a high-performance internal I/Q modulator, the AP5041A enables the creation of custom modulation waveforms and supports dedicated modulation schemes, including those for avionics. It delivers outstanding signal purity, with one of the lowest phase noise specifications in the industry (-145 dBc/Hz at 1 GHz), low spurious signals, and excellent harmonic rejection. It is the ideal solution for demanding applications in aerospace, defense, and advanced research.
