The KEYSIGHT B2981C is a state-of-the-art femto/picoammeter capable of measuring ultra-low currents down to 0.01 fA (10-17 A) with 6½-digit resolution. Featuring a 4.3" color graphical LCD, it offers numeric, graphical, histogram, and trend views for instant data and statistical analysis, even without a PC.
