KEYSIGHT MSOX4154PWR Power Best Bundle
This bundle (MSOX4154PWR), built around the 4+16-channel, 1.5-GHz bandwidth InfiniiVision 4000 X-Series mixed-signal oscilloscope (MSO), includes 16 additional logic / digital channels of acquisition. It also includes a two-channel function / arbitrary waveform generator and the ultimate bundle software package.
The Power Best Bundle includes the extensive selection of power supply characterization measurements in the Power Better Bundle’s power test software package. Additionally, the ultimate bundle software package supports a broad array of serial protocol trigger and decoding capabilities. They include I 2C, SPI, UART / RS232 / 484, I2 S, USB 2.0, USB PD, user-definable NRZ, CAN, CAN FD, LIN, SENT, CXPI, and NFC.
The Power Best Bundle comes with Keysight’s N7026A 150-MHz highsensitivity 30 A current probe, N2790A differential active probe, and U1880A deskew fixture.

The bundle is shipped as a single box with scope, probe and software certificate. Customers need to redeem the certificate and download the software, it is not pre-installed.
