Micsig RCP120XS is an AC current probe with a maximum peak current of 120A, a maximum frequency of 30MHz, 50mV/A (20X), and 1.6mm.

The Micsig RCP series Rogowski current probe measures AC currents up to 120Apk, with a maximum bandwidth up to 30MHz. The withstand voltage is up to 1kVrms, and the insertion impedance is almost zero, greatly minimizing interference to the device under test (DUT).
The thin and flexible 1.6mm Rogowski coil allows users to easily pass between the terminals of semiconductor devices such as TO-220. With a typical accuracy of 2%, it accurately measures high-frequency and high-current signals, such as double pulse dynamic tests, monitoring the switching current of semiconductors.
BNC Interface
Standard BNC interface for use with any oscilloscope, with a compact and flexible design that easily solves problems in hard-to-reach areas. The coil diameter can be customized to meet additional testing requirements.
Smaller coil section
The diameter of the coil cross-section is only 1.6mm, allowing engineers to measure current in the hardest-to-reach parts of the circuit, such as chips with tight pin spacing, like TO-220 and TO-47.
Measurement of MOSFET Id current
The RCP has excellent high-frequency measurement capabilities, easily handling high-speed signals and rapidly changing current waveforms, helping to observe high-frequency harmonic components during the measurement of MOSFET Id current (as shown in the oscillation section).
