RIGOL PIA1100 is an isolated fiber-optic probe with 1GHz bandwidth, 2-meter cable length, ≤450ps rise time and ±500mV output voltage range.

The RIGOL PIA1000 series of Optical Fiber Isolated Probes provide outstanding Common-mode Rejection Ratio and isolated voltage. They flexibly work with various attenuation cables, achieving full-scale output for Differential Mode Voltages ranging from ±0.01 V to ±2500 V.
