The cube integrates a technical spool of lint-free wipes alongside a manual paper advancement mechanism, ensuring that every single end-face is wiped exclusively across a fresh, previously unused section of cleaning material.
Built with an impact-resistant shell and anti-slip rubber base pads, the cube allows technicians to clean external connector ferrules (such as patch cords and OTDR launch leads) through a convenient, single-handed wiping operation. It can be utilized dry or by dampening the wiping zone with Fluke Networks specialized optical solvent to dissipate electrostatic charges and instantly remove skin oils and mineral dust without scratching delicate glass end-faces.
