KEYSIGHT B1505A Power Device Analyzer and Curve Tracer
KEYSIGHT B1505A is an all-in-one solution for advanced characterization of power devices (Si, SiC, GaN, Ga₂O₃), both packaged and on-wafer. It offers measurement capabilities up to 1500 A/10 kV, with a modular 10-slot architecture for customized configurations. Includes voltage/current measurements (resolution 10 fA/0.5 μV), CV up to 3000 V, battery emulation, gate charge, and automated thermal testing (-50°C to +250°C). Equipped with EasyEXPERT group+ software with 300+ preconfigured tests, integrated protections, and LAN/USB/GPIB interfaces. Ideal for R&D, reliability, and production.
