Software options
The software options do not require a material shipment, therefore no costs are applied even for amounts below EUR 95 VAT excluded (EUR 115.90 VAT included).

Free shipping Italy
For orders equal to or greater than EUR 95 VAT excluded (EUR 115.90 VAT included) shipments are free throughout the national territory.
For orders below EUR 95 VAT excluded (EUR 115.90 VAT included), a fixed amount of EUR 10 VAT excluded (EUR 12.20 VAT included) will be applied.

Typical time for delivery
For Italy we have calculated that from the moment of delivery of the courier to the actual delivery to the customer we have foreseen 24 hours or 48 hours for remote areas and islands.
Out of Italy, we have calculated that from the moment of delivery of the courier to the actual delivery to the customer we have foreseen 72 hours or 96 hours for remote areas and islands.
We use DHL Express, FedEx or TNT and all orders will have a dedicated tracking number.

Signature with Reserve
The staff of Batter Fly that manages the shipment is very attentive to the protection of the material you ordered and its packaging.
The original packaging of the supplier, if not already in double box, is further placed in a new carton.
We advise you to check the outside packaging well when you receive the parcel and, if necessary, sign the courier's document with reserve.

Retention of title
Ownership of the goods passes to the customer when it is entrusted to the carrier for shipment. The goods travel at the risk of the customer even when it is delivered free domicile of the customer. Batter Fly retains ownership of all goods until full and final payment of the delivered goods.
