SIGLENT ODP6050B Optical Isolated Voltage Probe, 500 MHz
SIGLENT ODP6050B is an optical isolated voltage probe from the ODP6000B series, ideal for measurements on fast signals and advanced power devices. It offers a 500 MHz bandwidth and maintains a high CMRR across the entire operating range thanks to optical isolation, allowing differential waveforms to be detected even in the presence of very high common-mode disturbances. Isolation up to 60 kV.
