FOTRIC TD2 Sense is a compact and lightweight acoustic imaging module, designed specifically for integration on robots and in IoT/SCADA systems. Thanks to its 64 microphones and a high-definition camera, it expands the sensory system of robots, allowing them to "see" sounds. It is ideal for automated real-time monitoring, locating gas and vacuum leaks, and diagnosing partial discharge in electrical equipment.

Compact and Lightweight
Weighing only 420g and with dimensions of 91x50x87 mm, the TD2 Sense is specifically designed for mobility. Its compact design makes it perfect for installation on mobile robots, robotic arms, and drones, allowing the automaton's "sensory system" to be expanded and bringing acoustic inspection to hard-to-reach areas.
Powerful and Precise
The module integrates an array of 64 MEMS microphones and a 5 MP high-definition industrial camera. This fusion of acoustic and visual imaging allows for extremely accurate problem positioning. Covering a frequency range from 2k to 65kHz and with a working distance of up to 100 meters, the TD2 Sense detects, analyzes, and outputs data in a single stream, ready for integration into AI and SCADA systems.


Multiple Inspection Modes
The TD2 Sense is equipped with specialized modes for different applications. The "Leak Monitoring Mode" automatically locates compressed air and vacuum leaks, even quantifying their extent. The "Partial Discharge Monitoring Mode" is specific for diagnosing defects in electrical equipment, helping to prevent failures and improve safety.
Real-Time Monitoring and IoT Integration
Designed for Industry 4.0, the TD2 Sense easily integrates into existing systems. It supports power via 12V/24V DC or POE (Power over Ethernet) and uses the standard ONVIF protocol to connect to IoT, SCADA, and AI platforms. This enables automatic 24/7 monitoring, detecting and reporting defects and leaks in real-time for efficient predictive maintenance.
