Liquid Instruments Moku:Delta Introduction

Posted by Batter Fly 25.07.2025 0 Comment(s) 1489 Testy i Pomiary,

Liquid Instruments Moku:Delta is the most advanced measurement platform for accelerating the design and validation of electronic products. With a 2 GHz bandwidth, eight analog inputs and outputs, 32 high-speed digital channels, and an input noise floor below 10 nV/√Hz, it delivers exceptional performance and versatility in a compact device.

  • Wideband signal generation and analysis: create and acquire high-speed analog signals with 2 GHz bandwidth and 5 GSa/s sampling.
  • Precise low-SNR signal measurement: ultra-low noise performance < 10 nV/√Hz thanks to combined 14- and 20-bit ADCs.
  • Reduced test times: eight independent input and output channels for parallel measurements.
  • Control and monitoring of complex digital systems: management and acquisition of digital signals via 32 DIO (Digital Input/Output) channels.

Multiple instruments in a single platform

With support for 15 different instruments and the ability to use up to eight simultaneously, Moku:Delta delivers over 2 billion test configurations in a single 2U device. Partial reconfiguration of the RFSoC FPGA brings software flexibility and hardware performance together.

The most precise 2 GHz oscilloscope

Liquid Instruments' algorithms automatically blend high- and low-speed signals from the eight independent 14- and 20-bit ADCs to optimize noise performance across the entire 2 GHz range. Thanks to this exclusive blending technology, Moku:Delta achieves extremely low and consistent noise across the spectrum.

Advanced clocking system: ultra-low phase noise and maximum stability

Moku:Delta combines up to four clock sources at the same time to achieve even more accurate phase, frequency, and interval measurements over extended time scales. A low-phase-noise VCXO is paired with a 1ppb stability OCXO to achieve the best balance between phase noise and stability. In addition, an external frequency reference and GPS option ensure global synchronization.

Extreme customization: more than 2 billion instrument configurations

Moku:Delta is the most flexible 2 GHz measurement device on the market: a reconfigurable FPGA for total instrument customization. With Multi-Instrument Mode you create your own tailor-made test system in a single unit and, thanks to Moku Cloud Compile, you can deploy new functions directly to the user-programmable FPGA with minimal wait times.

Gigabit Streamer for Moku:Delta

Coming Soon: Gigabit Streamer

Unlock the full potential of Moku:Delta with the new Gigabit Streamer software tool. This powerful feature will enable Moku:Delta's 100 GbE QSFP+ port, allowing data streaming at speeds up to 80 Gbps. Broadband recording and playback is essential for cutting-edge applications such as artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) training, L-band direct injection testing for GNSS, and RF spectrum monitoring. You can stream data to network storage or even from one Moku to another to expand your test system.

Generative Instrumentation: Your Test Setup, Created with AI

Generative Instrumentation introduces a revolutionary approach to test and measurement. By combining the power of AI with Moku:Delta, you can now build custom instruments, automate complex system setups, and respond to new requirements faster than ever. Instead of spending hours wiring, coding, or searching for the right configuration, simply describe what you want in natural language — Moku and AI handle the rest, unlocking a new level of AI-powered customization and automation.
