MG7/2 Workbench with ESD protection
I tavoli possono essere realizzati in due versioni:
- versione normale
- versione con protezione ESD
Tavolo normale:
- Piano Lavoro, sp.30mm. in truciolato rivestito con laminato melaminico antiriflesso, colore grigio chiaro
- Vertici arrotondati con protezione perimetrale in profilo termoplastico semirigido nero
Tavolo con protezione ESD:
- Piano Lavoro, sp.30mm. in truciolato rivestito con laminato "statico dissipativo" colore grigio chiaro, resistività superficiale 106~109Ω, collegato a massa tramite resistenza da 1MΩ
- Vertici arrotondati con protezione perimetrale in profilo termoplastico semirigido nero
- Il tavolo è provvisto di piedino metallico di backup per la messa a terra al pavimento conduttivo
Per entrambe le versioni:
- Struttura portante in tubo d’acciaio 40x40x2mm e 80x30x2mm
- Telaio irrigidimento sotto il piano lavoro, predisposto per il fissaggio di Cassettiere e Vani sia a destra cha a sinistra
- Verniciatura a polveri, colore grigio chiaro RAL7035
- Piedini regolabili per il livellamento, corsa 20mm (H)
- Portata: 300kg uniformemente distribuiti
Postazione da lavoro 1500 x 700mm, composta da:
- Tavolo base, dim. 1500x700xh.900mm (LxPxH)
- Caratteristiche di base come sopra descritte
- Le dimensioni del ripiano sono personalizzabili su richiesta - Tavolo base, dim. 1500x700xh.900mm (LxPxH)

- Completo di Montanti fissi, con altezza di 750mm (H), dotati di binario per il fissaggio di mensole ed accessori a qualsiasi altezza.

- Le dimensioni del ripiano sono personalizzabili su richiesta - Traversa “Multifunzione” per Tavolo da 1500mm (L)
- Esecuzione in lamiera d’acciaio zincato
- Possibilità di sostegno bacinelle e/o accessori dedicati
- Applicazione al binario della Coppia Montanti, regolabile in altezza - Mensola orizzontale, regolabile in altezza
- Piano in lamiera d’acciaio verniciato
- Portata massima: 60kg uniformemente distribuiti
- Dimensioni: 1500x300mm (LxP)
- Applicazione al binario della Coppia Montanti - Tavolo base ESD, dim. 1500x700xh.900mm (LxPxH)
- Caratteristiche di base come sopra descritte
- Le dimensioni del ripiano sono personalizzabili su richiesta - Kit di collegamento per protezione ESD
- Il kit comprende n.2 boccole per connessione ESD, poste sul fascione anteriore subito sotto al piano lavoro, collegate a massa tramite resistenza da 1MΩ - Mensola orizzontale, regolabile in altezza
- Piano in lamiera d’acciaio verniciato
- Portata massima: 60kg uniformemente distribuiti
- Dimensioni: 1500x300mm (LxP)
- Applicazione al binario della Coppia Montanti

Le attrezzature descritte sono progettate e costruite presso sede italiana, e marcate CE in quanto rispondono alle seguenti normative:

Ad ogni attrezzatura è assegnato un “Serial Number”
Ogni attrezzatura è accompagnata da “Libretto di uso e manutenzione” con certificazione “CE”
Condizioni di fornitura
Le attrezzature descritte vengono fornite montate, PRONTE ALL’USO.
A richiesta possono essere fornite parzialmente montate o in kit di montaggio.
(Le attrezzature fornite in KIT, saranno prive di certificazione “CE”, se non con appropriati accorgimenti)

Product availability is indicated on the product page of interest in various ways:
- Units in stock: 1 or more | indicates the actual units available
- Units in stock: 0, std delivery. 2 weeks | indicates the standard weeks that the supplier indicates for procurement
- Units available arriving on 10/24/2022: 3 | indicates that there will be available units arriving on that data
Products ordered before 3pm are shipped the same day, orders received after 3pm will be shipped the next working day
Each shipment is associated with a tracking number that will be communicated via email to the customer after taking charge by the shipper
