The Iteco Ghibli PRO 700L BK (8106.837) dehumidifying cabinet combines two essential functions in one solution: safe storage at <5% RH and the Baking function at 40°C. This 700L model is ideal for companies that need to restore the "Floor Life" of MSD components without damaging the packaging.
The controlled temperature of 40°C allows for the baking of components (like BGAs, LEDs) and printed circuit boards (PCBs) without damaging tapes and reels, making them immediately ready to be inserted into the feeders of pick & place machines.
