KEYSIGHT N5172B Vector EXG X-Series Signal Generator, from 9 kHz to 1/3/6/7.2 GHz
KEYSIGHT N5172B is a vector signal generator from the EXG X-Series, optimized for manufacturing and general-purpose test environments. It provides vector modulation up to 200 MHz bandwidth and covers a frequency range of 9 kHz to 1, 3, 6, or 7.2 GHz (with frequency extender). The N5172B supports a wide range of digital modulation formats and standards, making it suitable for wireless, cellular, and general RF testing. It features fast switching, high output power, and excellent spectral purity, with full analog (AM, FM, phase, pulse) and vector modulation capabilities. Remote programmability and robust connectivity ensure seamless integration into automated test systems.
