Kolver KDS-PL10P/ESD ESD Transducer Screwdriver, 80-1000 Ncm
Kolver KDS-PL10P/ESD is a pistol grip transducerized screwdriver, part of the K-DUCER system. This model combines high ergonomics with an ESD-safe (antistatic) grip and a soft-touch design. It offers a torque range from 0.8 to 10 Nm (80-1000 Ncm) and operates at a speed from 50 to 600 RPM. It uses a standard 1/4" Hex drive.
Kolver KDS electric transducerized screwdrivers are designed to meet the most demanding requirements of precision assembly. The K-DUCER system, consisting of the screwdriver and a KDU control unit (sold separately), ensures precise and error-proof fastening thanks to torque-angle reading, with full traceability of results for perfect integration with Industry 4.0.
The built-in transducer in the screwdriver continuously reads the torque and screw position, sending the collected data to the KDU controller for detailed analysis of the assembly process.

IMPORTANT: This KDS screwdriver requires a KDU control unit and a connection cable (sold separately) to operate. Continuous use above 80% of the maximum torque range is not recommended.
