PicoScope 9404A-06 CDR Oscilloscope 6 GHz, 4 Channels, with Clock Recovery
The PicoScope 9404A-06 CDR is a 4-channel SXRTO (Sampler-Extended Real-Time Oscilloscope) with 6 GHz bandwidth and an integrated clock and data recovery (CDR) module, designed for advanced testing of serial signals up to 8 Gb/s. The CDR system allows triggering and analysis even when the clock is not available separately, making it ideal for eye diagram, jitter, and compliance measurements on serial transmissions. It offers equivalent-time random sampling up to 1 TS/s (1 ps resolution), a 12-bit ADC, and advanced analysis functions via PicoSample 4 software.
