TekBox TBCP2-6M300 32mm Snap-On RF Current Probe (6 MHz - 300 MHz)
The TekBox TBCP2-6M300 is an affordable and rugged "snap-on" RF current monitoring probe, featuring an optimized 3dB bandwidth between 6 MHz and 300 MHz and characterized over the frequency range from 10 kHz to 500 MHz. The snap-on mechanism allows the probe to be easily clamped around existing conductors, facilitating the measurement of RF interference on power and signal cables.
It features a 32 mm aperture and can handle currents up to 400 A (from DC to 400 Hz) without affecting its typical transfer impedance of 10 dBΩ. This makes it highly versatile and particularly suited for EMI debugging and verifying radiated emissions caused by common-mode currents on cables.
