TECHMIZE TH1992 is a Dual Channel Precision Source Measure Unit (SMU), 200mV-210V, 10nA-3A (DC) / 10A (pulse), resolution: source 100nV/10fA, measure 100nV/10fA, source/measure 6.5 digits.
