KEYSIGHT B2980C – Femto-Picoammeter and Electrometer-High Resistance Meter Series
The KEYSIGHT B2980C series sets a new standard in ultra-low current and resistance measurements, offering resolution down to 0.01 fA and the capability to test up to 10 PΩ and ±1000V. The graphical interface and optional battery operation (on selected models) enable reliable measurements even in the most demanding laboratories or portable setups.
