Testec TT-SX 200 Active Differential Probe 200MHz, ±60V, x10, ±2%
Testec TT-SX 200 is a 200MHz active differential probe that allows conventional earth-grounded oscilloscopes to be used for floating signal measurements - up to ±60V common mode voltage with a fixed attenuation 10:1.
The probe is compatible with any oscilloscope having 50Ω or 1MΩ BNC female input and feature up to 200MHz of bandwidth.
TT-SX 200 can provide excellent differential signal testing for high-speed power measurement, vehicle bus testing and digital system design. The probe can be powered by any oscilloscope USB port or supplied mains power adapter.
