The Metcal 7509-9270 needle/piston assembly is a replacement variant for the TS5540-MS Micro-Spray system. Pneumatically actuated by the main cylinder, it retracts and extends the needle with micrometric precision to control the deposition of low to medium-viscosity fluids, restoring the valve's original spraying performance.
