Metcal UFC-7HF5108S soldering cartridges are part of the standard UltraFine soldering tip range for the Metcal CV-5200 and CV-500 series soldering systems. This Hoof version features dimensions of 0.8 mm x 5.1 mm and belongs to the 700-series, which is the standard range recommended by Metcal for small components or high-density packed PCBs with a nominal rating of 380 °C. They can be used with both leaded and lead-free solder. Metcal SmartHeat® Technology automatically adjusts power levels during each soldering operation.
