KEYSIGHT N5171B Analog EXG X-Series Signal Generator, from 9 kHz to 1/3/6 GHz
KEYSIGHT N5171B is an analog RF signal generator from the EXG X-Series, designed for cost-effective, high-throughput manufacturing and general-purpose test applications. It covers a frequency range from 9 kHz up to 1, 3, or 6 GHz (depending on the model option), with fast frequency and amplitude switching, high output power, and excellent spectral purity. The N5171B offers analog modulation capabilities including AM, FM, and phase modulation, as well as pulse modulation (with option). Its robust design, intuitive front panel, and remote programmability (SCPI, GPIB, LAN, USB) make it ideal for automated test systems and bench use.
