KEYSIGHT N5173B is a microwave analog signal generator from the EXG X-Series, offering cost-effective performance for microwave component and receiver test. It covers a frequency range from 9 kHz up to 13, 20, 31.8, or 40 GHz (depending on option), with high output power, fast switching, and low harmonics. The N5173B provides analog modulation (AM, FM, phase, pulse) and is ideal for parametric testing of broadband filters, amplifiers, and receivers, as well as LO upconversion and blocking tests. Its robust design, remote programmability (SCPI, GPIB, LAN, USB), and compact 2U form factor make it suitable for both rack and bench.
