The FT68200A/E/H series of high-power programmable DC electronic loads is designed to offer high reliability and double the power density compared to traditional loads. With voltage ranges of 150V, 600V, 1200V, and 1600V, a single-unit power from 4kW to 60kW, and currents up to 2400A, its extremely fast dynamic frequency enhances testing capabilities across multiple industrial applications. The entire series is also equipped with comprehensive protections against overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, reverse connection alarm, and power failure memory.

The FT68200A/E/H series features a high power density design that takes up only half the space and is a third lighter than conventional electronic loads, freeing up valuable space in racks and in the laboratory.

The FT68200H series offers ultra-high current slew rates, reaching a maximum slew rate of 96 A/μs per single unit. This allows for instantaneous load switching, accurately simulating real current transients during rapidly changing test scenarios.
Multiple operating modes

Equipped with four basic operating modes (CC, CV, CR, CP) and various composite and dynamic modes (CV+CC, CR+CC, CP+CC, CRD, CPD). Users can set current limits to prevent damage. The CV+CC mode is ideal for simulating battery charging characteristics and testing charging stations, while CR+CC simulates current limiting and accuracy tests of power supplies.

Provides data transmission up to 1kHz (1000 voltage and current points per second) for waveform rendering and dynamic analysis. In system integration, the host computer can directly acquire large amounts of data, reducing hardware costs by eliminating the need for external oscilloscopes.

By acquiring the external switching signal combined with voltage and current parameters, the load can measure the system response time and pulse width. It is mainly used to measure turn-on/turn-off times, rise/fall times, and the tripping times of fuses and breakers.

Provides constant current, resistance, and power discharge modes. Cut-off conditions (voltage, time, power) are customizable. The unit continuously records discharge capacity and time, and supports internal resistance (DCIR) testing.

Supports sequential testing, allowing up to 20 test files to be programmed. A maximum of 2000 standard steps can be programmed, extendable to 5000 via customization. It handles timing variations between CC, CV, CR, and CP modes. The time range for a single step is from 0.1ms to 99999s.

Supports parallel operation of up to 10 loads, drastically extending the power range. During cascade use, the traffic is automatically equalized and the slave units copy the host's parameters.
External analog programming - 1kHz
External Analog Programming
The FT68200A/E/H series supports advanced external analog programming capabilities. This function allows other devices and instruments to control the electronic load continuously and precisely via external voltage signals, both direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC). An external voltage signal between 0 and 10V linearly corresponds to 0 ~ 100% of the full-scale load current.
Complex waveform testing - 5kHz

In addition to standard control, the analog input offers high bandwidth making it ideal for simulating and testing complex waveforms. As demonstrated by the ability to faithfully track high-frequency sine waves (up to 5kHz), this feature allows engineers to test equipment in extreme dynamic scenarios and with varying carrier signals, ensuring reliable measurements even in unconventional operating conditions.
