KEYSIGHT N5171B, N5172B, and N5173B are signal generators designed to deliver reliable signals and industrial-grade performance in RF and microwave applications. These instruments are the ideal choice for production testing, development, and verification of components, modules, and radio systems, thanks to an excellent balance of performance, speed, and cost. Available in analog (N5171B, N5173B) and vector (N5172B) versions, they cover a wide frequency range up to 40 GHz, ensuring spectral purity, high output power, and broad modulation flexibility.
