Metcal 924-DFV-VAC Foot Valve Dispenser with Vacuum Suck-Back for General Applications
The Metcal 924-DFV foot valve dispensing system is used wherever operation with an electrical connection is not possible or permitted. It offers an inexpensive dispensing option in production. Equipped with a continuously adjustable vacum suck-back, it prevents liquid media from dripping and high viscosiy media from pulling threads. Foot pedal, pressure regulator, manometer and a fast three-way valve are integrated in the housing of the foot valve. If necessary, the valve can be attached to the floor. Dispensing volume and time are regulated by the user using the foot pedal. The 924-DFV is the ideal system for dispensing adhesives, casting compounds, coatings and similar media.
