LeakQ™ Mode
LeakQ™ mode is an artificial intelligence-based analytical tool and report generator designed to prioritize (scale 1-10), calculate the volume (l/min or CFM) and costs (currency) of individual moving leaks. It performs automatic scans, capturing the frequency range and sound pattern of leaks up to 100 kHz. With accurate distance measurement, it improves leakage assessment, providing best-in-class estimates of leakage and relative size. It also offers integrated reports on CO2 emission estimation, helping to prioritize leakage interventions.

MecQ™ Mode
The MecQ™ mode of ii915 outperforms traditional ultrasonic instruments with its new, simple and effective secondary modes. Unlike single-frequency instruments, MecQ offers predefined and customizable frequency bands, allowing you to filter and acquire dB level data in any frequency band. This enables effective trend analysis while still identifying leak locations.

PDQ™ Mode
The PDQ™ mode of the ii915 translates the sound emitted by partial discharge into a real-time on-screen PRPD diagram, and allows the end user to easily and accurately pinpoint the location of the partial discharge source. With an extended frequency range of 2-100 kHz, it can detect a partial discharge early, facilitating maintenance planning to prevent catastrophic events. High-voltage professionals can now visualize what was once invisible.

Fluke ii500: Gas leak detection, detection, acquisition and prioritization
Gas Leak Detection, Detection and Acquisition: The Fluke ii500 acoustic camera features LeakQ™ technology that enables maintenance teams to efficiently detect and locate gas leaks. Designed for ease of use, it requires no special training. Even during peak production periods, teams can effectively identify gas and vacuum leaks. The ii500's advanced acoustic leak detection technology isolates the sound frequencies of leaks, detecting them even in noisy environments.

Key Features:

  • Ready to use: the Fluke ii500 is ready to use. Its rugged and ergonomic design ensures maximum maneuverability, while the large 7” liquid crystal display provides a clear view of leaks.
  • Fast detection: even users with little experience can start detecting leaks within minutes. The instrument estimates the extent and cost caused by the leak with a new distance estimation function and a LeakQ™ severity index from 1 to 10.
  • SoundMap™: 7" LCD touchscreen overlays SoundMap™ on top of visual images, facilitating quick identification of leak location.
  • Intuitive interface: allows easy isolation of leak sound frequencies and filtering of background noise.
  • Labeling and organization: allows the use of labels, annotations, and folders of images and audio for efficient organization.
  • Magnitude of leaks: prioritizes repairs based on the relative size scale of leaks from 1 to 10.
  • Collaboration: report generator allows sharing of visual items, tags and notes with team members and repair staff.

Fluke ii905 acoustic camera: Leak detection and quantification
The Fluke ii905 acoustic camera, equipped with LeakQ™ acoustic leak detection technology, enables maintenance teams to efficiently detect, locate and assess gas and vacuum leaks. Whether it's compressed air systems, piping or industrial equipment, Fluke ii905 provides valuable information to optimize operations.

Key Features:

  • Ready to use: the Fluke ii905 is ready to use. It's rugged and ergonomic design makes it easy to handle, while the large 7” LCD display provides a clear view of leaks.
  • Quick detection: even users with little experience can start detecting leaks in minutes. The instrument estimates the size and cost of leaks with a new distance estimation function and a LeakQ™ severity index from 1 to 10.
  • SoundMap™: 7" LCD touchscreen overlays SoundMap™ on top of visual images, making it easy to quickly identify the location of leaks.
  • Intuitive interface: allows easy isolation of leak sound frequencies and filtering of background noise.
  • Labeling and organization: allows the use of labels, annotations, and folders of images and audio for efficient organization.
  • Extent of leaks: prioritizes repairs based on the extent of leaks.
  • Collaboration: the report generator makes it easy to share images, tags and notes with team members and repair staff.

Fluke ii915: Leak detection, partial discharge and mechanical anomalies
This all-in-one device, an upgrade of the ii905, boasts additional features, including MecQ and PDQ Mode.

MecQ serves as a first-line inspection tool designed to identify potential mechanical problems early, thus helping to prevent unplanned downtime. Given the large size and complex components of conveyor systems, their maintenance can often be challenging and can disrupt production or cause unplanned downtime. With non-contact scanning and advanced noise filtering, the Fluke ii915 acoustic camera with MecQ™ Mode provides safety while delivering sharp images even in high noise environments.

PDQ mode makes invisible partial discharge (PD) threats visible. Partial discharges can cause electrical arcs, blackouts, explosions, and life hazards. Whether inspecting insulators, transformers or high-voltage power lines, the Fluke ii915 acoustic camera with PDQ™ Mode is an ideal maintenance tool. With an extended frequency range from 2 to 100 kHz, the ii915 makes it easy to detect potential problems early by enabling maintenance planning and preventing catastrophic events.

Additional key features compared to Fluke ii905 model:

  • Enhanced performance: improved detection performance of gas leaks, electrical discharges, and mechanical problems.
  • PDQ Mode™: assesses the severity of the discharge.
  • MecQ™ Mode: enables proactive management of potential problems in rotating mechanical components.
