KEYSIGHT DSOX6004JIT High-Speed / Jitter Better Bundle
KEYSIGHT built this bundle of products and options (DSOX6004JIT) around the fourchannel, 1-GHz bandwidth InfiniiVision 6000 X-Series digital storage oscilloscope (DSO). The DSOX6004A samples at rates up to 20 GSa/s. The bundle also comes with a built-in two-channel function / arbitrary waveform generator and the ultimate bundle software package.
The ultimate bundle software package includes all software options available for the InfiniiVision 6000 X-Series oscilloscope, including high-speed jitter analysis. Measure various types of jitter with multiple views and quantization to gain valuable insight into the source of unwanted timing errors. Also included is a broad range of automotive and embedded serial bus trigger and decoding capabilities, including Low-, Full-, and Hi-Speed USB 2.0. You also get frequency response analysis (Bode plots) and automated pass / fail limit testing based on measurement limits or waveform mask limits.
The High-Speed / Jitter Better Bundle comes with Keysight’s N2750A 1.5-GHz differential active probe for signals such as the USB 2.0 high-speed bus.
The InfiniiVision X-Series oscilloscope High-Speed / Jitter Better Bundle includes the following:
- DSOX6004A 4-channel, 1-GHz oscilloscope
- D6000BDLB Ultimate Bundle Software Option
- DSOX6WAVEGEN2 2-channel Function / Arbitrary Waveform Generator
- N2750A 1.5-GHz Differential Active Probe
The bundle is shipped as a single box with scope, probe and software certificate. Customers need to redeem the certificate and download the software, it is not pre-installed.
