Master Lock S3921 is a combination kit that includes the S3920 butterfly valve lockout device and the S806CBL3 adjustable lockout cable. This combination offers superior flexibility, allowing the valve lever to be secured even more safely or to manage situations where the clamp device alone might not be sufficient.
The adjustable cable allows the device to be tightened around fixed points or adjacent pipes, ensuring the butterfly valve remains in the desired position (ON/OFF) during maintenance operations.
