EXTECH MO55A Combination Pin/Pinless Moisture Meter with Color LCD Display
EXTECH MO55A is a versatile combination moisture meter that offers both pin-type and non-invasive (pinless) measurement. This flexibility makes it ideal for inspecting a variety of building materials and for restoration projects where it is critical to detect moisture without damaging surfaces, such as floors and tiles.
As with the rest of the series, the MO55A features a high-contrast color LCD display with backlight for excellent visibility. Data interpretation is immediate thanks to display icons and an audible alarm that increases in frequency as the detected moisture level rises.
In pinless mode (via capacitive sensor), the instrument can measure relative moisture up to a depth of approximately 25 mm (1 in). In pin mode, it measures moisture on wood, drywall, plaster, concrete, and mortar.
