KEYSIGHT B1500A Semiconductor Device Analyzer
KEYSIGHT B1500A is an all-in-one semiconductor device analyzer designed for comprehensive characterization of electronic devices, materials, and active and passive components. Thanks to its modular 10-slot architecture, it allows easy configuration and upgrade of IV, CV, and ultra-fast IV measurement capabilities to meet laboratory or production requirements. The integrated EasyEXPERT group+ software, with over 300 ready-to-use application tests and a 15" touchscreen interface, enables intuitive and repeatable measurement, analysis, and reporting—even without programming.

For corporate customers residing outside of Italy but within the European Union we do not apply VAT. However, VAT may be applied in the event that the customer enters an incorrect or non-certified VAT number by the VIES system
