KEYSIGHT DP0031A 200MHz, 750V High-Voltage Differential Probe
KEYSIGHT DP0031A is a 200 MHz high voltage differential probe with 300 Vrms CAT III / 600 Vrms CAT II ratings. Make safe and accurate differential voltage measurements up to ±750 V in fast-switching environments with high common-mode voltages.

The DP0031A is compatible with KEYSIGHT oscilloscopes with 1 MΩ AutoProbe interfaces, including InfiniiVision 3000X, 4000X, 6000X, and HD3 Series, and Infiniium EXR and MXR-Series.
