The innovation underlying this unit is based on the combined action of SmartHeat® and Connection Validation™ (CV) technologies, designed to offer maximum control over the production process. The SmartHeat® system is capable of sensing the thermal load in real time, instantly delivering the exact amount of power required by the joint on demand, thanks to an integrated self-regulating heater. This guarantees an extremely fast and safe process, completely eliminating the need to calibrate the instrumentation. To ensure the absolute perfection of the result, Connection Validation™ technology intervenes: knowing that the thickness of the intermetallic compound is the most critical factor of a solder joint, the system dynamically calculates its formation. Instead of entrusting the outcome of the operation to visual interpretation alone, the station provides the operator with unequivocal closed-loop feedback via a LED light indicator. This objective method complements human skill, neutralizing risks and transforming soldering into a process with results that are always measurable and repeatable.
