FLIR VP54 Non-Contact Voltage Detector with Built-in Flashlight
FLIR VP54 is a CAT IV non-contact voltage detector designed to ensure maximum safety and reliability during electrical inspections. Its distinguishing feature is the triple alarm system: a tactile vibration alarm, an acoustic signal, and flashing LED visual indicators. This allows for unambiguous detection of alternating current (AC) voltage, even in very noisy environments or where visual attention is compromised.
Equipped with a high-sensitivity mode, the VP54 allows you to accurately distinguish live wires from neutral or ground in outlets. In addition, to facilitate work in poorly lit or cramped areas, it integrates a powerful LED flashlight and a convenient tip light, ensuring a clear view of the measurement area.
Built to last and withstand the toughest conditions, the VP54 has passed 3-meter (9.8 ft) drop tests and is designed in compliance with the latest UL1436 safety standards for non-contact voltage detectors.
