KEYSIGHT N9936B is a handheld microwave spectrum analyzer from the FieldFox series, specifically designed for signal analysis and interference hunting in the field. This rugged and lightweight instrument brings the precision of a benchtop analyzer up to 14 GHz, allowing for reliable measurements (± 0.3 dB) without any warmup time. While its base function is a spectrum analyzer, it can be upgraded via software to include the full capabilities of a vector network analyzer (VNA) and a cable and antenna tester (CAT), transforming it into a true multi-function tool.
