The R&S®RT-ZISO isolated probing system can tackle the challenge of measuring in high voltage and fast switching environments. The power-over-fiber-optic architecture galvanically isolates the device under test (DUT) for the highest possible common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) at up to 1 GHz. The complete systems compensate thermal drifts and gain errors for the highest possible and uncompromising signal fidelity.

RT-ZISO isolated probing system suppresses interference from fast common mode signals with optical isolation for a CMRR of > 90 dB at 1 GHz. This helps with high-side gate measurements on complementary switching circuits especially wide bandgap devices.

Probe Tips Matter

RT-ZISO comes in a variety of probe tips and the MMCX probe tip is the most important one for CMRR performance. Different connector types such as square pins and wide square pins are also supported with different attenuation ratios. The probe tip cables are long and formable for easy access to probe points with minimal mechanical stress.
