Micsig MOIP200P Gen 3 SigOFIT Optical Isolated Probe, 200 MHz

Micsig MOIP200P Gen 3 SigOFIT Optical Isolated Probe, 200 MHz

The Micsig MOIP200P is a third-generation optical isolated differential probe (MOIP Series) that offers a bandwidth of 200 MHz. Built on Micsig’s exclusive SigOFIT™ technology, it delivers an exceptionally high common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of up to 180 dB at DC and 122 dB at 200 MHz. It serves as the ultimate referee for verifying the fidelity of signals measured by other voltage probes, revealing the complete truth of signals.

It is the best choice for 3rd-generation semiconductor test and measurement. Since SiC and GaN devices can switch high voltages in a few nanoseconds, this probe perfectly suppresses oscillations caused by high-frequency common-mode noise, ensuring maximum safety with a minimum input capacitance of 1 pF.

Technical specifications

  • Bandwidth: 200 MHz.
  • Rise time: ≤ 1.75 ns.
  • CMRR: 180 dB (DC); 122 dB (200 MHz).
  • Common Mode Voltage Range: Up to 85 kVpk.
  • Noise and Accuracy: Noise floor < 0.3 mVrms, DC gain accuracy ≤ 1%.
  • Output interface: Universal BNC.

Package contents

  • Micsig MOIP200P optical isolated probe (with O-E and E-O converters and 2m fiber cable).
  • 1x Standard Attenuator OP50 (MMCX, ±25V range).
  • 5x MMCX jacks.
  • 1x MMCX coaxial lead.
  • 1x MMCX five-hole connector.

Key features

  • Real Optical Isolation Technology: Lasers transmit signals and power over fiber, eliminating the need for batteries and providing purer power.
  • Calibration-free during testing: Ready to test in less than 1 second (AutoZero); real-time optical power compensation requires no manual calibration.
  • Safe to test GaN: Short test leads with coaxial cable transmission ensure absolute safety and signal fidelity.
